How integration works

  1. Pull reference data in

    Your SIS or LMS exposes its own API. A script reads it and writes courses, rooms, instructors, and enrollments to Oakslot's REST API.

  2. Oakslot schedules

    The constraint solver places activities, resolves conflicts, and routes changes through your approval workflow.

  3. Push the timetable out

    A published-schedule webhook delivers the final timetable to your LMS, and iCal feeds carry it into everyone's calendar.
