How do we try Oakslot?: Request a demo and we'll walk you through the platform, then set up a trial org with full Pro features for your team. No credit card required. After the trial ends, choose a plan to continue.
What happens if we exceed the student limit?: You'll be billed $0.50 per additional student per year, calculated monthly. We'll notify you before any overage charges apply.
Can you integrate with our SIS or LMS (Banner, PeopleSoft, Canvas)?: Yes, today — through our API-first toolkit on Pro and above: a public REST API with scoped keys, HMAC-signed webhooks, iCal feeds, and a dependency-aware CSV importer. That covers Banner, PeopleSoft, Workday Student, Canvas, Blackboard, and Moodle via each vendor's own API. Pre-built native connectors are on the roadmap — contact sales for the current state.
Do you support invoice/PO payments?: Yes. Enterprise customers can pay via purchase order with NET-30 or NET-60 terms. Contact sales to set up invoicing.
Can we switch plans?: Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Is there an annual discount?: Yes — annual billing saves you 2 months (approximately 17% off the monthly price).
Are educational institutions tax-exempt?: Many are. Contact us with your tax exemption certificate and we'll apply it to your account.
